Adolescent Perpetrator Receives Life Behind Bars Sentence with Lowest 16-Year Term
A fifteen-year-old adolescent has been judged to life incarceration with a minimum duration of 16-year period for the homicide of other pupil the deceased during a lunch period.

"You acted as the instigator and... you behaved in pain and rage at what you considered to be his treachery of your friendship," pronounced the court official during sentencing.
