Football Star Aaron Ramsey Boosts Incentive for Missing Pet in Mexico to £15,000
Welsh football star Ramsey has boosted the incentive for leads regarding the missing dog named Halo to $$20k.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff player, who now is with Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, stated that Halo was spotted in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state zone.
the dog, who went missing on October 9th, was wearing a GPS collar, and the footballer shared a exact coordinates of where she was last seen.
"Any information concerning our beloved Halo kindly get in touch with us. Big bounty for reuniting with her. We are all wishing she's ok and will return to our side quickly," Ramsey posted on social media.
Initial Offer and Heartfelt Pleas
Ramsey first announced that Halo had disappeared two weeks ago and has since shared multiple pictures of the adored canine on his social media account.
A £7,500 incentive was initially offered, but with lack of updates on the dog's status after a seven days, Ramsey and his family increased the reward.
"We just want our pet back," he expressed in a further plea on social media after the decade-old dog disappeared.
The most recent photograph post is a black and white image of the beagle napping, her head resting in the curve of the athlete's elbow, with the caption: "What I wouldn't give to cuddle you again Halo."
Family's Concerns and Background
Ramsey has additionally circulated a message from his wife Colleen on online channels indicating they have several "serious queries" about the incident and fear the family "could possibly not obtain clarity".
"We have yet to have not located Halo. It is unlikely we will ever," his wife's message read.
The Welsh leader signed with Mexican first division team Club Universidad Nacional recently and made his debut in the Mexican league in August.
The Caerphilly-born athlete is the first prominent British Isles athlete to compete in the Liga MX.
